Who owns the site?
You do. The domain is in your name from day one. The code lives in a repo we'll hand over the second you ever leave. There's no platform lock-in.

What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time after the 25-month term. We export everything (code, content, analytics) and you walk. We'll even point you at a freelancer to take over.

What do I pay to get started?
Your first month. That's it. No setup fees, no design deposits, no consulting charges. If you pick The Eight at $299/mo, you pay $299 at signup and we get to work. Same logic for every plan.

How many edits do I actually get?
Unlimited within reason. Most customers send two to four updates a month. We turn them around the same week. Big rebuilds are a separate conversation.

Can you transfer my existing domain?
Yes. We do all the DNS work for you. There's no downtime if we plan it right, which we do.

What happens at month 26?
You choose. Pay $1,000 once to own the site outright and walk with the code, content, and domain. Or stay on us for $49/month hosting with security, backups, and minor edits. No auto-renewal trap, no surprise charges, just an honest decision point.

What if I miss a payment?
We'll retry automatically and email you. If a payment still hasn't cleared after 7 days, we send a final reminder. After 8 days, your site goes offline temporarily (visitors see a clean placeholder page). Your files, domain, and content stay safe. Reactivate any time within 30 days by clearing the balance plus a $50 reactivation fee. Full details in the Terms.
