Why three plans, not one?
Because a 5-page site is honestly less work than a 12-page one. Page count is the single thing that scales the build, so we price on it. Everything else (design, hosting, edits, SEO, the dashboard) is identical across all three.
What do I pay to get started?
Your first month. That's it. No setup fees, no design deposits, no consulting charges. If you pick The Eight at $299/mo, you pay $299 at signup and we get to work. Same logic for every plan.
Why a 25-month term?
Because we absorb the design and build cost up front and amortize it across the term. A short commitment would mean charging you a few thousand dollars on day one. We'd rather collect one month at signup and spread the rest.
Can I cancel early?
Yes. You pay the remaining months at the monthly rate or settle for $1,000, whichever is smaller. We'll never sue a small business. Ever.
What if I miss a payment?
We'll retry automatically and email you. If a payment still hasn't cleared after 7 days, we send a final reminder. After 8 days, your site goes offline temporarily (visitors see a clean placeholder page). Your files, domain, and content stay safe. Reactivate any time within 30 days by clearing the balance plus a $50 reactivation fee. Full details in the Terms.
What happens at month 26?
You choose. Pay $1,000 once to own the site outright and walk with the code, content, and domain. Or stay on us for $49/month hosting with security, backups, and minor edits. No auto-renewal trap, no surprise charges.
What if my business closes?
If you close, we close the contract. We'll never chase a defunct business for monthly payments. We've all seen 2020.
Can I change plans after I sign up?
Yes. Move up at any time, prorated. Moving down resets at month 26 to keep the build math honest.
How do add-ons get billed?
Pick any you want right at checkout and they bill monthly alongside your plan, one line per add-on. Already signed up? Add or drop any of them later with 30 days notice. Same price either way: GBP $149, Local SEO $249, Review Generation $129, Monthly Content $199. Want all three of the first ones? The Growth Stack bundles them for $449, which saves you $78 a month.
Do you take a percentage of revenue?
No. Your phone, your customers, your money. We're a flat monthly fee, never a cut.
