Privacy.
What we collect, why, and what we don’t do with it.
01 · The short version.
We're a small shop. We collect the bare minimum we need to run a website for you, talk to you, and bill you. We don't sell your data. We don't have an ad business. We don't share information about your customers with anyone except what's required to provide the service (e.g., the email vendor that sends your form notifications).
If you want any of this in plainer English, call 617-858-5511 and a real person will explain it.
02 · What we collect from site visitors.
On your website, we collect privacy-respecting analytics: page views, traffic sources, country, device type, and form submissions. We use a self-hosted analytics tool that does not set tracking cookies, does not build cross-site profiles, and does not share data with third parties.
When a visitor fills out a form on your site, we collect what they type into it (name, email, phone, message, and whatever fields you ask for) so we can deliver it to you. That data is stored only as long as needed to send the email.
03 · What we collect from clients.
From you, we collect: your name, business name, billing address, email, phone number, the contents of any documents or photos you send us, payment information processed through Stripe, and the contents of our email correspondence. We keep this for as long as we have a working relationship plus seven years for tax purposes.
04 · Cookies.
Your site, as we ship it, sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It may set strictly necessary cookies (e.g., to remember a user dismissed a notice). Our analytics is cookieless.
05 · Subprocessors.
We use these vendors to operate the service: Vercel (hosting and CDN), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments, when activated). If we add a major one, we update this page.
06 · Your rights.
If you live in the EU, UK, California, or anywhere with similar laws, you have the right to ask us what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Use the contact form at /contact and we'll handle it within 30 days. If you're a customer of one of our clients, contact them first; we'll help them respond to you.
07 · Changes.
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll email every active client. Otherwise, the date at the top tells you when it last moved.
